DirectPlay (directplay.co) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Our Content Policy
DirectPlay does not host, store, or distribute any video content. All video content displayed on our website is embedded from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Dailymotion, and other publicly accessible streaming services. We only provide subtitle translations and informational content about Turkish dramas.
2. DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on DirectPlay infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site (URL)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with the required information under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3).
5. Repeat Infringers
DirectPlay reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
